Mansen Trial Judge Dies

Charles H. Older, 88 was the Los Angeles Superior Court judge who presided over the trial over Charles Manson and his followers died on June 17th from complications related to a fall.

During the trial Mr Older withstood an attempted attack from Manson and sent one of the Los Angeles Times reporters to jail for failing to reveal a source for a story he wrote on the case.
